This blog tells the story of the building of our new home at 1805 Park Oak Drive in Roseville. Our architect/contractor is Chris Taylor. Todd Barbee did the foundation work, so he is responsible for the house staying in place! Ken Williams and his son Daniel are the artists who pretend to be carpenters who did the framing. The shape of the house is really their triumph!

The view from the top of the hill. We also got the preliminary landscape plan completed. It looks like the pool will need to be dug in the next couple of weeks -- before the driveway retaining wall is done!
